The outline planning consent already in place offers flexibility in design and floor plate configuration rarely found in London. This will allow businesses to create a workplace solution that is tailored specifically to their needs, than can articulate their corporate values and provide an efficient, healthy and sustainable working environment.

TIQ Stratford City can deliver individual buildings from 200,000 sq ft up to over 1,000,000 sq ft within floor plates ranging from 15,000 to over 80,000 sq ft. Below is our masterplan interpretation of the net floor space each plot could accommodate. A number of which can be combined to deliver larger single buildings.

WORK STARTS ON MORE THAN 300 HOMES ON OLYMPIC PARK AS SECOND ROUND OF HOMES ON SALE

CONSTRUCTION has started on more than 300 new homes located on London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as the second round of units goes on sale. The homes, known as Glasshouse Gardens, form part of the first phase of The International Quarter in Stratford and will be delivered by Joint Venture partners Lend Lease and London Continental Railways (LCR).

BOUTIQUE HOTEL COMING TO THE INTERNATIONAL QUARTER

Lend Lease and London & Continental Railways (LCR) have completed a deal to sell a site on The International Quarter, London’s newest business district, to Union Hanover who will bring forward a major development on the Stratford site.

Lend Lease and LCR Welcome the First Pre-letting

The decision by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to re-locate to The International Quarter has been welcomed by Lend Lease and London & Continental Railways (LCR). The JV development partners expect the FCA to be the first of many businesses to move to the former Olympic Park.
