PLOT SIZES AND FLOOR AREAS

The outline planning consent already in place offers flexibility in design and floor plate configuration rarely found in London. This will allow businesses to create a workplace solution that is tailored specifically to their needs, than can articulate their corporate values and provide an efficient, healthy and sustainable working environment.

The International Quarter has the potential to deliver individual buildings from 110,000 sq ft up to over 1,000,000 sq ft within floor plates ranging from 15,000 to as large as 80,000 sq ft. Below is our masterplan interpretation of the net floor space each plot could accommodate, a number of which can be combined to deliver larger single buildings.

Our site is ready to go and our buildings have outline planning permission in place, meaning that we can be flexible and responsive to the needs of our future occupiers.
