IN a major step forward for the London 2012 Olympic Legacy, Joint Venture partners Lend Lease and LCR have won planning permission for 330 new homes set to be delivered at The International Quarter in Stratford.
We hit the streets to visit some of the local business in and around Stratford to see what the area has to offer and to find out what impact the regeneration of East London and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games has had on them.
We sat down with Clive Dutton OBE, former Executive Director for Regeneration and Inward Investment at Newham Council, to talk about his view of the East London regeneration and what makes Stratford a place where people want to live.
